Obverse description: Aretas (Aramaic - חרתת) kneeling facing right, palm branch in left hand, camel behind the king facing right.
Obverse legend: Above camel M SCAUR AED CUR, left field EX, right field SC, exergue REX ARETAS.
Reverse description: Jupiter rides quadriga going left, holding ropes, hurling thunderbolts.
Reverse legend: Above quadriga PHYPSAE AED CVR (Curile Aedile), in right field moving upwards CAPTVM, in exergue CHYPSAE COS PREIVE

Notes: This coin's obverse is very similar to the Hendin 1441, except for the inscriptions. The Jew named "Bacchius" is still unknown. Narkiss thought that the person was Aristobulus II, showing his defeat, just like Aretas from the Hendin 1441. Kindler thought the figure was Dionysius, ruler of Tripoli from that time.
